About WIT Ministries
WIT Ministries started Pursuit for Truth in 2019. Pursuit for Truth is a four day event in the peaceful Texas Panhandle. It is time to get away from the restraints of everyday life to spend time pursuing the Lord. It is a time of renewal and to experience a fresh encounter with our Creator.
Walking In Truth (WIT) Ministries started as a vision in 2006. We have been walking out this vision as the Lord leads for several years. In that time we have met countless like-minded people who have partnered with us to bring the vision to life. It is our greatest desire to see people set free from the bondage of sin, families restored, and for God’s sons and daughters to live life in the Truth that He has for them.
Purpose
Yahweh (YHWH) created mankind. YHWH created the union of marriage. YHWH created the structure of family. YHWH created the order of generations.
Our generations have no order. Our families are dysfunctional. Our marriages are broken. Man is lost.
Pursuit exists to redeem man, women, and marriages back to what our Creator intended them to be. Men need to be called into “manhood” and likewise women need to be called into “womanhood”.
The primary purpose of our Pursuit for Truth event is for you to draw near to YHWH, for Him to speak His Truth into your life ,and for inner healing and perfect redemption.
We Don't Retreat, We Pursue
We offer Pursuit for Truth in three formats; Men's, Women's, and Married Couples. The three events are all very similar. We recognize that we are spiritual being having a temporary physical earthly experience. In that we are all in need of redemption and healing that comes from a relationship with the Lord, we take the time to address some of the things that are keeping us from fully surrendering to Him. Pursuit for Truth will give you the tools to combat the enemy's schemes and walk in a life of abundant freedom.
It was once said by our founder “We don’t retreat, we Pursue” and it stuck! That is now our tagline and for good reason, time is intentional and we make the most of all of it. Some of our time together will be in a group setting and some will be alone with the Lord. Pursuit is different than most, if not all, of the retreats you may have attended. We are not there to relax and rejuvenate -those things are good and needed, but they are physical and the results fade when you go back to your daily grind. At Pursuit we are there to press in and pursue the Father, as He is pursuing us. To break free from those things which are holding us back from our all the Lord is calling us into. The more you put in, the more you will get out.

David Pham
Vice Chairman
As the son of a devout Christian, first-generation Vietnamese refugee , faith has always been a
steady influence in my life. After reading The Shack in my early twenties, I experienced a
profound realization that faith is not merely religion, but a relationship with Christ. From that
moment forward Christ has been the center of my personal and professional life.
After 16 years of service in the United States Marine Corps—through trials, hardships, and
victories —my faith has been the thread that sustained me.
I am a proud American, but more importantly, a follower of Christ. Faith, family, and service to
others are now the guiding purposes of my life.
Reason for passion for WIT:
I have not only witnessed , but personally experienced, the blessings and grace that God has
faithfully poured out through WIT Ministries. I have seen men and women who had fallen to the
very depths lifted from their darkness and set upon a path of beauty and purpose. In our wounded
world, torn in the struggle between good and evil, Pursuit ignites a journey that prepares our
hearts and souls for spiritual battle. -
Leigh Little
Secretary
Leigh Little is a devoted wife, mother, grandmother — known lovingly as Dee Dee — and a former educator based in North Texas. For nearly 40 years she has been happily married to her best friend, Steve. She frequently travels with him for both business and pleasure, and together they’ve made family the heart of their lives. They raised three wonderful adult children and are blessed with five grandchildren. They proudly support their kids and their business endeavors, and cheer on their grandkids in their various sports and activities, especially their oldest granddaughter who is excelling in collegiate golf at a Division One university.
Leigh earned her Master’s degree in Education from Tarleton State University and dedicated her career to shaping young lives through teaching, mentoring and coaching. She began her teaching journey in Crowley ISD, where she taught elementary school. She later taught Junior High Bible and English at Faith Christian School in Grapevine, Texas. Her passion for encouraging and guiding students extended beyond the classroom as she coached cheerleading at Bethesda Christian School and later coached both cheerleading and the dance team at Faith Christian School.
A lifelong passion for mentoring young ladies and women in their life decisions and faith has marked Leigh’s life for decades. While much of her mentoring has been done on a personal basis, she has also participated in several formal mentoring programs through her church. Many of those relationships began with her former students and athletes and have grown into lifelong friendships. She finds deep joy in walking alongside them through life, offering guidance rooted in biblical truth.
Today she pours her heart into building God’s Kingdom by serving at women’s Pursuit for Truth events, helping women find salvation, deliverance, and lasting freedom in Christ.
